The Kremlin expressed curiosity on Tuesday about the United States’ readiness to impose sanctions on the International Criminal Court. The prosecutor of the court had sought arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his defense chief, and three Hamas leaders on charges of war crimes. ICC prosecutor Karim Khan said in a statement issued after more than seven months of war in Gaza .
