Trump sued for using Isaac Hayes’ iconic song ‘Hold On’ without permission in his rallies

The family of late soul legend Isaac Hayes filed a lawsuit against Donald Trump for using the song ‘Hold On (I’m Coming)’ without permission at his rallies. The lawsuit cites 134 counts of copyright infringement between 2022 and 2024, demanding Trump to cease usage, remove related videos, and pay $3 million in licensing fees by August 2024.
