The social media call to women to come out on the streets at night to reclaim their space in protest against the rape-murder horror of Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical Hospital reached far beyond Bengal as the Bengalis in Atlanta have decided to join the protest seeking justice for RG Kar incident. The protest will be near Alpharetta’s Hanuman Mandir from 6.30 ET onwards, one of the organizers informed. The protest will not be held under any banner — just a spontaneous coming together of the Bengalis in Atlanta.
