Amanda Knox, an American previously convicted and later exonerated of the 2007 murder of her housemate while studying in Italy, faced another legal setback on Wednesday. An Italian court found Knox guilty of slander related to the same case. Knox was convicted in a Florence court of unjustly accusing a man, who owned a bar where she worked, of murdering her 21-year-old housemate Meredith Kercher.
