At least 5 dead, 35 injured as multiple tornadoes hit Iowa

5 people died and 35 were injured in Iowa due to tornadoes, causing destruction in Greenfield. The Greenfield tornado ripped through the community of 2,000, roughly 55 miles (88.5 kilometers) southwest of Des Moines, destroying homes, splintering trees, and crumpling cars. The tornado also ripped apart and collapsed enormous power-generating wind turbines many kilometers outside of the city.
