Colombian President Gustavo Petro has declared on social media that Colombia will discontinue coal exports to Israel. This decision follows Israel’s military activities in the Gaza Strip, which Petro has termed as ‘genocide.’ Petro mentioned that the draft decree would be available for public comment between June 11 and 17. The Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism will publish the draft for feedback before it is enforced.
