The deaths of Iran’s president and foreign minister have caused a pause in U.N. nuclear watchdog’s talks with Tehran, said IAEA chief Rafael Grossi. Challenges include Iran’s uranium-enrichment programme, barring of uranium-enrichment experts, and failure to explain uranium traces at undeclared sites.
