A New Zealand charity distributed food parcels containing candies filled with lethal amounts of methamphetamine. Approximately three grams of methamphetamine were found in the candies. The distributed parcels affected eight families, though no hospitalizations were reported. The police have launched a criminal investigation, and the charity is contacting up to 400 people to retrieve the contaminated parcels.
