Two maritime sources, speaking anonymously, confirmed that the vessel sustained damage, suggesting a deliberate attack. The engine room was specifically targeted. The British security firm Ambrey reported that the incident occurred approximately 67.7 nautical miles southwest of Yemen’s port of Hodeidah.
