In Buenos Aires on Tuesday, a Polish daredevil was arrested while attempting to scale a 30-story building without the aid of ropes. Marcin Banot, wearing an Argentine football jersey, was intercepted by onlookers after climbing 25 floors of the Globant building. More than 30 firefighters, ambulances, and police cars arrived on the scene after an emergency call was made by someone inside the building.
